For your convenience, we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, debit cards, in-state personal checks, and cash. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Need assistance signing up for health insurance through the Marketplace?

We offer FREE in-person assistance with signing up for health coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Our certified application counselors are trained to assist you in choosing a plan that best fits your budget and health care needs.

Sliding Fee Program

If you are uninsured, you may apply for our Sliding Fee Program. With the Sliding Fee Program, payment for services is based on family size and annual income.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost.
